Hope you and your pets to love your purchases !

We accept returns of items that are unused and in new condition. We do not offer exchanges.
Returns received within 30 days of original purchase will be refunded in full, minus price of shipping.
If you received free shipping and return the entire order, there will be a $6.99 restocking fee.
We can not accept returns after 30 days.

Please note customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for website orders. For return address, please send us a note on our Contact page.

Measure your dog carefully to ensure the correct size is ordered!

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

We would love to provide our products for your store at great wholesale prices, however we are just starting out and our inventory is small. Please find our contact section and drop us a line to inquire, with a clear idea for which products you are interested in and in what number.
